Excellent. The room was much better than I thought. Beautiful soft pillows, large bathroom and quiet apart from fan in bathroom. Good service. The breakfast is definitely not to my taste - seems to be typical Eastern European food which makes sense pero no me gusta.

We went there for breakfast only, which was really good. We chose the Czech breakfast, the Royal Egg breakfast and the fit breakfast (which was a huge bowl with yogurt, crispy granola and a great choice of fresh fruits). All breakfast options were delicious and big. The orange juice was good (with orange pulp, so tasted like freshly squeezed), the coffee was good (even though the preserved milk in the cappuccino is a bit awkward for a Viennese palate ;). The waitresses were very friendly and quick; the location ok - we sat outdoors in the street, but it was nice. All in all a good experience.

Comfortable hotel. It is an average cost hotel. The rooms are not very big, but hey do their job: let you sleep in a comfortable manner. The breakfast can be better. The check in can be made late in the evening. Bad thing... paying in advance with non refundable charge

Nice hotel in the centre of Prague. Breakfast was also very tasty. Has a Thai massage place inside which seems to be very popular in Prague. Staff there were very helpful and understanding when we checked out a little late. There are lots of nice little cafes near by that are not full with tourists but offer since really nice food.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We relied on the good ratings online and didn't get disappointed at all. The room was very big with a nice bathroom, clean (and cheap). Breakfast was included in the room price as well as wifi and a very friendly check-in. The receptionist also recommended to us the must-sees in Prague when you are a tourist. Everything was within walking distance. You can also exchange money here without extra charge and the exchange rate is average. Next time I go to Prague, I know where I'll sleep without even thinking about it twice. Thank you for this pleasant stay!!! :)) ???

Hotel is located in a great part of town ! Nearby there are a lot of restaurants and cafes! Rooms were small and dusty! Not very clean! Breakfast was poor ,and staff wanted guests to leave quickly so they could clean. Our stay was generally ok.Too pricey for what you get.

Despite the location, nothing else makes it worth the stay in this hotel! You can definitely get a better option for the same price! First, it is old and dirty! The photos advertised are super old and misleading! The hotel DOES NOT look like the pictures shown! We had two rooms for a couple of nights, and we had problems with both rooms! The ar conditioning DOES NOT work in this hotel! AVOID THIS HOTEL unless you’d like to suffocate in your sauna room! Receptionist Jan was unhelpful and rude. He suggested a fan but the fan never came! I called again and still, never arrived. I had to sleep with the windows open, which made the room very noisy because of the street. The shower head and bathtub were dirty. I found hair in multiple places in the bathroom and in the room itself. One of the rooms was very dark because of lack of lighting (natural light and/or lamps). Breakfast was also very disappointing. A LOT of canned food served... including the fruit! Coffee was disgusting and bread was as hard as a rock! When I requested to speak with a superior (manager or director), Receptionist Jan was rude and only replied that nobody was available... at 4pm on a Wednesday... Again, you can definitely have way better options to stay in Prague for the same price, if not cheaper. STAY AWAY FROM EA HOTELS!!!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service of the hotel staff and manager who accommodated our needs during our Christmas stay. It was great being back in my old neighbour as I used to live just around the corner, so I knew the area very well. Hotel was clean, comfortable and excellent part of the city. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Only thing I wasn’t particularly happy about was the breakfast as I felt it didn’t cater for everyone and the coffee was not nice (luckily they own a cafe next door who serve excellent coffee), but the final day of sausages and eggs was delicious. Forgot how noisy the area can be as a garbage truck was s up and down the street in the morning if Christmas Day, as well as trance fans blaring out their car music at 3am. This isn’t the hotels fault. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and thank you the staff for all of your wonderful help and support to make our annual trip fantastic.
