Needs to improve: The coin changing machine almost doesn't work.
A guy before me was able to change 100 CZK into 20 CZK coins on 5th attempt. I tried 20 times with different banknotes but machine did not accept them.

The payment process is quite fiddly accepting only coins or notes so I recommend getting the loyalty card which makes it easier. It would be great if the card could be topped up online or with a credit card.
