Jsem nespokojen za takové penize. Asi už auto dám příště někam jinam. Samotné čištění proběhlo na jedničku, interiér byl opravdu perfektně vyčištěn bez jakýchkoliv vad. Kvalita umytí oken je 1-, ale spíš proto, že na čistá okna jsem opravdu jako pes. Exteriér místa je na první pohled takový divný, ale člověk se tam nejede kochat, ale nechat si vyčistit vůz. Tedy sum sumárum mohu toto čištění doporučit a určitě se sem ještě vrátím. Personal je sice velmi ochotny, nicmene ani jeden vuz nebyl vycisten, jak mel byt. Oba vozy mi predavali se spinavymi pedaly. Na podleze bylo v jednom aute spousty smeti. Vsude spousty chlupu od psa. Prostor v loketnim panelu nebyl ani vysaty. Pod rucni brzdou sposty neporadku a v zahybech take. Sklo od budiku bylo necim zapatlane a kufr nebyl vycisteny vubec. Polstrovani na patych dverich ani nikdo nevysaval, natoz aby ho vytepoval. Bylo to pro me velke zklamani. Myslela jsem si, ze kdyz se nepovede jeden vuz, dobre to se muze stat, ze nekdo na neco zapomene. Ale to druhe bylo horsi, nez to prvni. Nechala jsem je cistit ve stejny den, jen v jiny cas. Asi to nahoda nebyla. A to jsem mela zaplaceny druhy nejdrazsi program. Pan majitel se mi sice omlouval a nabidl mi, abych prijela znovu. Ale po teto zkusenosti jsem nemela ani chut to opakovat. Domluvili jsme se tedy na sleve. Nicmene bych si vuz vycistila lepe sama. Jediny rozdil by byl, ze neumim vycistit klimatizaci. Ale buh vi, jak je to s ni. Opravdu zklamani. K odpovedi pana majitele uvadim, ze jsem to psala jiz vyse. Muze nekdo neco zapomenout udelat. Jsme jen lide. Ale, ze to bude jeste horsi u druheho vozu, to by me vazne nenapadlo. Tudiz v tom nevidim nic zvlastniho. At this company, I had two Toyota cars to clean. I chose the company by reference. The staff is very helpful, but not a single car has been cleaned as it should be. Both cars sold me with spin pedals. There was a lot of trash in one car on the floor. Lots of dog hair everywhere. The space in the elbow panel was not even vacuumed. Under the handbrake, a lot of clutter and in the folds as well. The alarm glass was cluttered and the suitcase was not cleaned at all. No one even vacuumed the padding on the heel door, let alone warm it up. It was very disappointing for me. I thought that if one car fails, it may well be that someone forgets something. But the second was worse than the first. I had them cleaned the same day, only at a different time. It probably wasn't a coincidence. And I had paid the most expensive program. The owner apologized to me and offered me to come again. But after this experience, I had no desire to repeat it. So we agreed on a discount. However, I would clean the car better myself. The only difference would be that I can't clean the air conditioning. But god knows how it is with her. Really disappointed. To the owner's answer, I state that I have already written it above. Someone can forget to do something. We're just people. But it wouldn't occur to me that it would be even worse for the other car. So I don't see anything special in that.
