In my “regular” service it always takes less than 25 minutes. Technician here said “an hour at least”. One week before my colleague’s experience : the same job, 2,5 hour.
When job was done, staff parked the car partly on the public pathway, not regularly to parking lot.
No place to sit down and have coffee or just wait if your car is not ready.
And finally when I was surprised with the time they need for easy operation technician told me “your service must hire Ukrainians, we work with normal Czech guys. So tell to your fleet manager to no longer order from us.”
Shame on you, Autokomplex Mensik.
