★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám dárkový poukaz za 2000 Kč, které byly zaplacené. Kvůli lockdownu jsem nebyla schopna služeb využít v termínu a tak jsem dnes volala, abych se domluvila na možnosti využití. Velice nepříjemný pán mi sdělil, že myčka má nového majitele a že poukaz už stejně nelze využít. Nejenom, že propadly peníze, ale i dřívější velmi milá služba už nefunguje.
 I have a gift voucher for CZK 2,000, which has been paid. Due to the lockdown, I was not able to use the services on time, so today I called to agree on the possibilities of use. A very unpleasant gentleman told me that the dishwasher has a new owner and that the voucher can no longer be used anyway. Not only has the money been forfeited, but the former very nice service is no longer working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vnitřní čištění zejména palubní desky bylo odbyté - na plastech zůstaly šmouhy a prach. Interiér nebyl provoněn. Při vyzvednutí auta zapomněli vrátit do kufru lékárničku a koberečky, takže jsem se pro ně musela vrátit.
Vysoká cena služby DE LUXE bohužel neodpovídala odvedené práci.
The interior cleaning, especially of the dashboard, was sold - smudges and dust remained on the plastics. The interior was not scented. When they picked up the car, they forgot to return the first aid kit and rugs to the trunk, so I had to return for them.
Unfortunately, the high price of the DE LUXE service did not correspond to the work done.

Píšem svoju prvú negatívnu recenziu, dosť naštvaná...po "profesionálnom vyčistení" som doma drhla kočiar ešte raz. Umytá bola max konštrukcia a vonkajšia časť tkanín. Vnútornej časti sa voda vobec nedotkla a po mojom neprofesionálnom čistení, mi doma odtekala špinavá voda....vyhodené peniaze....

I'm writing my first negative review, quite upset ... after a "professional cleaning" I scrubbed the carriage at home once more. The max structure and the outer part of the fabrics were washed. The water did not touch the inner part at all and after my unprofessional cleaning, dirty water flowed out at home .... money thrown away ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your car, recommend skipping this one. Staff is extremely nice, but I fear not much care is paid to the quality of cleaning materials used. Interior was really sticky in some places. Seats managed to wrinkle. A bit sad about this.
