J	Jaroslav Kula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodávaji byty které maji problémy s kolaudací viz Španělská dodnes po třech letech od koupě neni dokončena kolaudace!!! .Luxusní byty ,ale v koupelnách nikde neni co je u běžných nových projektů jiných developerů sušak žebřinovy vyhřívaný.U převzeti jednotky za nemalé penize byly opravdu šoky rezava mřiž okna dveře ktere při otevřeni se vzájemně potkávaji a nedaji otevřit současně to nebylo odstraněno opraveno .Chybějici okno v koupelně světlík to byl vrchol nepochopitelný ktery byl v plánu zakreslen a byl i vybudován ,ale zaslepen .Nápravu sice udělali a zaslepené okno zprovoznili a mřiž natřeli ,ale tolik nedodělků že firmu nepovažuji za profi jelikož nejsou schopni dotáhnout a prodávat profi servis a kvalitu prodávaných bytů s přivlastkem luxusni mám na to jiný pohled .
