v	viki viki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V roce 2016 jsme koupili dům v Cholupicích. Od té doby jsme nuceni opakovaně řešit reklamace. V prvním patře domu jsou tři pokoje a dvě koupelny. Do každé z této místnosti zateklo, do některých místností opakovaně. K domu je připojena garáž, bohužel takovým způsobem, že ve spoji zůstala díra, kterou do domu teklo. Nemyslím zateklo, ale tekla voda jako ze sprchy a promáčela celou stranu domu od kuchyně až do garáže (viz fotografie s vodou stečenou na kuchyňskou linku a sporák). O četných prasklinách v celém domě ani nemluvě. V kontextu výše uvedeného to jsou již maličkosti. Bohužel, na odstranění závad čekáme i několik měsíců a MSI s námi absolutně nekomunikuje. Po opakovaných urgencích od našeho právního zástupce se pak ozve jenom některý z jejich subdodavatelů. Obvykle způsobem, že nám bez ohlášení zazvoní u dveří pán, který nemluví česky. Po jeho "opravě" zůstává neskutečný nepořádek a poničené věci. Navíc opravy jsou prováděny pouze provizorně tak, aby vydrželi do konce záruční doby. V některých případech ani tak dlouho ne. Z důvodu nečinnosti MSI a z důvodu opakovaných vad na domě jsme byli nuceni využít služeb právního zástupce a odborného technika jelikož způsob "oprav" byl pouze provizorní. Not to mention the numerous cracks throughout the house. In the context of the above, these are small things. Unfortunately, we have been waiting for several months for the elimination of defects and MSI does not communicate with us at all. After repeated urgencies from our legal representative, only one of their subcontractors will contact you. Usually in a way that a lord who does not speak Czech rings the doorbell without an announcement. After its "repair", an unreal mess and damaged things remain. In addition, repairs are performed only temporarily so that they last until the end of the warranty period. In some cases, not for long. Due to MSI's inactivity and due to repeated defects in the house, we were forced to use the services of a lawyer and a professional technician as the method of "repairs" was only temporary.
P	Petra Hola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Náš pokus koupit byt od MS-Invest byl strašný zážitek. Absolutně neprofesionální jednání, prodejce neměl vůbec žádné informace o projektu, a ani žádný zájem. Na naše dotazy při řešení kupní smlouvy opakovaně nereagoval a poté, co jsme několikrát urgovali termín podpisu kupní smlouvy nám po SMS oznámil, že byt prodal někomu jinému, přestože byl rezervovaný pro nás. Spolupráci s touto společností důrazně nedoporučuji! Our attempt to buy an apartment from MS-Invest was a terrible experience. Absolutely unprofessional, the seller had no information about the project at all, nor any interest. He repeatedly did not respond to our questions when resolving the purchase contract, and after we urged the date of signing the purchase contract several times, he informed us after an SMS that he had sold the apartment to someone else, even though it was reserved for us. I strongly do not recommend working with this company!
