★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonicky jsem zjišťoval přibližnou cenu obyčejného přezutí letních penumatik, bylo mi řečeno že by to mělo stát maximálne 1000,- Pak po přezutí mi pán dal fakturu za 1500,- Bez nejakého vysvetlení atd. Toto není "fair" přístup. Dávajte si pozor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V prvom rade musim povedat, ze som mala meskanie na termin, co uznavam ako moje pochybenie. Termin som si zapisovala v zahranici kde bol hodinovy posun, a po prichode do ciech sa mi to automaticky v kalendari posunulo o hodinu, nasledkom coho som prisla neskor. Nemala by som problem uznat si chybu, vysvetlit situaciu a slusne sa ospravedlnit. Chapem ze taketo veci komplikuju chod servisu. No na druhej strane si myslim, ze nie je v pohode ked na mna uz od dveri bez pozdravu asi majitel pneuservisu zacne neprijemne hulakat ze meskam, zabuchne mi pred nosom dvere do kancelarie a sprava sa mimoriadne arogantne a do toho mi pracovnici pneuservisu ako zakaznicke tykaju a maju neprofesionalne poznamky. Som z takehoto pristupu znechutena.

On the other hand, I don't think it's okay when the owner of the tire service starts shouting uncomfortably at me from the door without a greeting, the door to the office slams in front of me and he behaves extremely arrogantly, and the tire service staff and have unprofessional notes. I am disgusted by such an approach.
