A really nice and kind woman from the Samsung service helped me to solve a problem with my headphone jack I wasn't able to, right there in a minute. Also have got some other great informations about my future RMA request, which in my case with the old battery aswell, were very gratifying!

It is advertised as exhibition area for technological interactive devices but actually the service area of Alza big retail shop. Around 10 desks for technical complaints & goods give back. Young, helpful people English speaking. Short time waiting usually. Free 1 hour parking, as for the whole area.

There is a wait, but not unreasonable. I returned a phone and hot a full refund despite I scratched the side and banged the corner (both just a little, but I still expected they might want to give the refund some haircut) of the packaging box. The technician was professional and checked everything very thoroughly. I wouldn't say he was friendly, but polite he certainly was. All in all it exceeded my expectations.

Prices are ok but customer service is terrible. If you have a faulty product and request a refund you wait 5 to 6 weeks then get offered a replacement. This might be fine in some cases but when the unit has a design fault making it useless and you requested a refund so you can buy a better product this is not acceptable. You wait for the replacement goods then half to walk to another building to start the process again. I have no issue with the staff I interacted with but they are only able to give standard answers and have no way of actually helping. As I informed alza I will not be using their services ever again

Really cool! You come, get your queue number and then take care of what you need either yourself through self service or with an assistant. Seemingly basic and normal concept, but so far it truly is available only at Alza. If you want to return your purchase or get a defect resolved, everywhere else it amounts to a ton of paperwork, an answer "no, it's not possible" or you end up waiting for weeks for an outcome. Here it happens on the spot or usually within 3 days. Plus they're really flexible and nice.

The reclamation procedure is overly complicated. After traveling there for 40min I had to fill in a separate reclamation for for every wrong item I received at a computer terminal (didn't speak with an actual person), then dropy goods in an alza box and leave. Now waiting for a response. Don't understand why this can not be done online and the goods to be returned dropped in any alza box. If I spend 2h of my day to return faulty goods, I expect to leave with some sort of result.

Had claim number having set up the claim online, entered into terminal, staff was helpful, checked if they have a replacement for faulty item and will be picking up new next day. all in all spent like 20 minutes inside.
