Profesionální a rychlá komunikace a domluva (což bohužel nebývá u servisů vždy pravidlem), rychle provedený servis, zaslány fotky z průběhu servisu (což je fakt super), vše vysvětleno. Příští rok zajdu na preventivní servis znovu sem, doporučuji! After a long time, I needed a preventive service for the Honda SH 125i scooter. Nasel jsem na webu dilnu pana Michajlece, stacil jeden telefonat a domluvili jsme se na dalsi den. Defekt opraven, olej vymeneny a k tomu i nova brzdovka a to vsechno za priznivou cenu. Zaroven poslany i fotky, co vic si prat. Takhle ma jednani se zakaznikem vypadat. Moc dekuji a za rok zase tady. I had a flat tire on the scooter and at the same time I needed to change the oil. They had a deadline in Vrbovka for up to a month. I found Mr. Michajlec's workshop on the website, one phone call was enough and we agreed on another day. Defect repaired, oil replaced and a new brake pad, all at a reasonable price. At the same time, photos of what you want were sent. This is how dealing with a customer should look like. Thank you very much and here again in a year.

Skvela komunikace pred, behem i po servisu. Snazil se mi vyjit maximalne vstric ohledne terminu, prestoze mel pred sezonou plne ruce prace. Naprosta spokojenost. Mr. Michajlec did a routine service at Triumph Daytona, including more complex things like valve clearance adjustment. Pleasant and professional approach. Great communication before, during and after the service. He tried to meet me as much as possible about the deadline, even though he had his hands full before the season. Absolute satisfaction.

S	Simon Baranov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished 50.000 km maintenance and service of my Yamaha XJR1300 at this place and wanted to share my impressions. I asked for the complete service, so the whole motorcycle was checked, some parts were repaired (clutch), fuel system cleaned, valves adjusted, all the usual stuff was serviced (liquids, filters, bearings etc). Now the motorcycle works much better (engine keeps stable speed, clutch is clear) and I'm confident in my bike enough to keep going to long trips. Price was much better that in official Yamaha service, I didn't have to wait in a queue, plus customer service was much more person-oriented because I could always reach pan Michajlec on any question, he kept me informed on the progress of the maintenance (even provided pictures of my motorcycle) and kindly proposed few ways to repair the clutch depending on my budget. I will definitely come here again for the next service!
