Balíček pak poslali zpátky prodejci, poprosila som o využitie konkurenčnej dopravnej spoločnosti PPL a balíček som mala doma za dva dni. Takže GLS už nikdy. Neodporúčam, radšej využite konkurenciu. GLS never again, they don't deliver the package, they argue, they weren't even able to put it in my shop plots. The package was then sent back by the sellers, I asked to use the competing transport company PPL and I had the package at home in two days. So GLS never again. I do not recommend, you better use the competition.

Již druhý týden pokračuje naprostá hrůza, protože změnili dopravce. Zpoždění i 2-4 dny, poničené balíky, doručují i 4 hod po předem stanovené lhůtě, pozdě odpoledne až po naši otevírací době prodejny. Slibují sice nápravu, ale mizerný stav trvá. For the second week in a row, the horror continues because they have changed carriers. Delays of 2-4 days, damaged packages, are delivered 4 hours after a predetermined deadline, late in the afternoon until after our store opening hours. They promise a remedy, but the miserable condition persists.

T	Tomas Brabec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedním slovem katastrofa. Jak služby GLS, tak příjezd k jejich depu v Modřicích. Než čekat na další, v pořadí už několikátou zprávu "Z kapacitních důvodů nelze doručit", raději jsme se vydali pro balíky do depa sami. Na vydání jsme čekali asi půl hodiny, tak dlouho trvalo 3 balíky najít. Na cestu k depu doporučuji vybavit se těžkou technikou, protože na osobní auto to není. Rozbahněná cesta, plná výmolů a před příjezdem velká bahnitá kaluž, do které jsem se chvíli zdráhal vjet. Na depu sice byli ochotní, ale za tuhle situaci si může GLS samo, nikoliv zákazník, který na to doplácí. In a word, disaster. Both GLS services and arrival to their depot in Modřice. Rather than wait for the next message "Cannot be delivered due to capacity reasons", we preferred to go to the depot for the packages ourselves. We waited for about half an hour for the release, so it took 3 packages to find. On the way to the depot, I recommend equipping yourself with heavy equipment, because it's not for a car. A muddy road, full of potholes and a large muddy pool before I arrived, which I was reluctant to enter for a while. They were willing at the depot, but GLS is responsible for this situation, not the customer who pays for it.

V GLS ParcelShopu: Nebylo možné se dovolat ani řidiči ani na zákaznickou podporu. Bohužel v eshopu nešel vybrat jiný dopravce. Takže jsem si zaplatil za dopravu, ale stejně jsem si pro balík musel dojet svým autem. Unfortunately, it was not possible to choose another carrier in the e-shop. So I paid for the transport, but I still had to drive my car for the package.
P	Petra Jeřábková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balíček měl trochu zpoždění, takže jsem ho bohužel nestihla a už jsem byla pryč. S kurýrem jsem se nakonec domluvila, že ho nechá na depu v Modřicích (říkala jsem, že budu pryč až do konce týdne). Nepřišly mi žádné informace k vyzvednutí nebo jak dlouho tam balíček bude, tak jsem se tam rozhodla rovnou zajet a zeptat se. Personál byl ochotný, nikdo jiný tam nebyl, tak se mi hned věnovali a balíček našli a předali, takže s tímhle za mě spokojenost. Dnes by ho ale posílali zpět, kdybych přišla později, takže bych ocenila nějakou komunikaci/potvrzení ohledně toho, jestli balíček tedy je uložen na depu a na jak dlouho. Hodně komentářů zde bylo zaměřeno na příjezdovou cestu, no chápu, co tím ostatní mysleli, je daleko od ideální, ale dnes tam probíhaly práce, takže to vypadá, že cesta bude nová. I finally agreed with the courier to leave him at the depot in Modřice (I said I would be gone by the end of the week). I didn't receive any information to pick up or how long the package would be there, so I decided to go straight there and ask. The staff was helpful, no one else was there, so they immediately approached me and found and handed over the package, so I'm satisfied with this. But today they would send him back if I came later, so I would appreciate some communication / confirmation about whether the package is stored at the depot and for how long. A lot of the comments here were focused on the driveway, but I understand what others meant is far from ideal, but there was work going on today, so it looks like the driveway will be new.
