Přišel velmi agresivní muž s tetováním na celém těle, poškodil kliku mých dveří a účtoval 900kc více než cena, kterou mi řekli po telefonu. Never use this company! A very aggressive man came with a tattoo on his whole body, damaged the handle of my door and charged 900kc more than the price they told me on the phone.

Ano chapu, zavolali jsme v pondeli v 7 vecer a pan tu byl rychle, ale i tak je to dost natazeny. extremely overpriced! I do not recommend! see other reviews as I see the same experience. Replacement of an ordinary deposit worth 400 CZK and we paid 4000. Yes, I see, we called on Monday at 7 pm and Mr. was here quickly, but it's still quite stretched.
P	Patrik Doležal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Můžu jen doporučit měl jsem problémy s dveřmi zavolal jsem a do 40 min. přijel pán byl moc milý a ochotný mi dát ty dveře dohromady ?? při vypisování dokladu jsem ještě dostal slevu na provedenou práci a vysvětlil mi čím se to stalo za mě super firma ? I can only recommend I had problems with the door I called and within 40 min. the gentleman came was very nice and willing to put the door together for me ?? when writing the document, I still got a discount on the work done and explained to me what happened to me super company ?
H	Hu Kerz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kontaktoval jsem na zaklade dobre zkusenosti pred hodne lety, dnes nedoporucuji, mozna jen v pripade ze jste totalne v krizi, na planovane akce urcite ne. objevil se problem se zamkem, pozvany zamecnik prijel, podival se za 600kc bez uctenky, rekl ze to vydrzi a odjel. Nevydrzel, byl totalne rozpadly vzadu uz pri navsteve odbornika. Pri dotazu mailem opravu pote nacenili na 8 tisic novy zamek (ne vlozka ale cely system zamku bezpecnostni 4 valecky), +2000 prace a doprava. Novy stejny zamek jsem koupil v eshopu 1200kc, 2 hodinky sve prace jsem si ocenil jako kompletni amater zamecnik zacatecnik na 4000kc co bych jim dal klidne za montaz ale nakonec jsem nemusel. Prinos - uz vim ze kvuli takove blbosti nemam ani zkouset volat zamecniky, clovek to zvladne sam. Tyto a podobne jen kdyz zabouchnete dvere .... I contacted on the basis of a good experience many years ago, today I do not recommend, maybe only if you are totally in crisis, definitely not planned for the planned events. there was a problem with the lock, the invited locksmith arrived, looked for 600kc without a ticket, said that it would last and left. He couldn't stand it, he was totally disintegrated in the back when he visited the expert. When asked by e-mail, the repair was then priced at 8,000 new locks (not an insert but the entire 4-cylinder security lock system), +2000 jobs and transport. I bought a new same lock in the e-shop 1200kc, I appreciated 2 hours of my work as a complete amateur locksmith beginner at 4000kc, which I would give them for assembly, but in the end I didn't have to. Bring it - I already know that because of such nonsense I should not even try to call a locksmith, a person can do it himself. These and the like only when you slam the door ....

Came an aggressive locksmith, said immediately he is in a hurry, performed 5 minutes of theater, how its impossible to open the door, then with same wire type tool he tried in beginning, he opened very easily. Then in 1 second, he filled the amount on the receipt, 2200kc. i had thier discount card with 10% discount but he didn't accept it because he "already started writing the bill" they dont accept credit cards so i had to go to bank machine, while he behind me aggressively saying he is in a hurry.
