An arrogant guy, he didn't introduce himself on the phone, he arrived late, he didn't apologize and for (literally) one second of work he took 900, -.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na vstupnich dverich do domu nastal problem se zamkem. Pan po zavolani prijel rychle a pustil se do dila. Bohuzel mym zasahem pred jeho prijezdem byl donucen pouzit hrubou silu a tim se problem spise zhorsil. Nabizene reseni z jeho strany jsem z financniho a casoveho hlediska nebyl schopen prijmout, takze opet odjel. Bohuzel oboustranna komunikace nebyla nejlepsi, ale ocenuji jeho pristup, kdy se snazi i s nespokojenym zakaznikem komunikovat a zjistit co bylo spatne (a ne vzdy je chyba na strane remeslnika). To je ostatne duvod, proc prepisuji recenzi na neutralni.
There was a problem with the lock on the front door of the house. After the call, Mr. arrived quickly and went to work. Unfortunately, by my intervention before his arrival, he was forced to use brute force, which made the problem worse. I was not able to accept the offered solution on his part from a financial and time point of view, so he left again. Unfortunately, two-way communication was not the best, but I appreciate his approach, which tries to communicate with a dissatisfied customer and find out what was wrong (and not always a mistake on the part of the craftsman). This is, after all, the reason why I rewrite the review as neutral.
