I use the branch mainly as a mailroom, but recently I needed to make keys and the owner was very fast, careful and especially cheap so satisfaction.

Klíč nefungoval, což se asi může stát, ale takových chytrých řečí při reklamaci nefunkčního klíče jsem dlouho neslyšel. Pan majitel striktně odmítal vrátit peníze s tím, že za vyrobené klíč neručí, když majitel nepřinese i vložku zámku, což jde dost těžko, když je ve dveřích. Jiný zamečník vyrobil požadovaný klíč napoprvé, levněji a funkční. Při prohlídce nefunkčního zmetku konstatoval, že se jedná o zcela špatně zvolený polotovar. Sem již tedy ne. M	M. Bulgakoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem tady vyrobít vložku pod klíč s bezpečnostní kartou. Požadavkem pracovníka bylo odevzdat originál klíč a 3 kopii, což jsem udělal. Při vyzvednutí nové vložky zjistilo se že originál klíč je ztracený a nahrazen kopii. Na moji otázku jak příště mužů udělat další kopii bez original klíče, bylo mi řečeno že u takhle starých vložek (vložka je stará 4 roky) bezpečnostní karta už neplatí a dá se vyrobít klíč i bez karty a z kopii (!!!) Drzost a nezodpovědnost! Sem už nikdy! I ordered a key insert with a security card to be made here. The employee's request was to hand in the original key and 3 copies, which I did. When picking up the new insert, it was found that the original key is lost and replaced with a copy. When I asked how to make another copy of the men without the original key next time, I was told that for such old inserts (the insert is 4 years old) the security card is no longer valid and it is possible to make the key without the card and from the copy (!!!) Audacity and irresponsibility! Here again!
