The hotel is wonderful but... When you take shower... The water run outside...

Hotel staff should improve. I locked the door (not just closed it). Came back, tried to put key (normal key not electronic cardkey) and the door was open!!! Called reception immediately they said house keeping might have been inside the room. Responded I had put the do not disturb sign on and I LOCKED the room when I left. Responded check if all your stuff is there and I will call house keeping to verify. I agreed and asked them to call me back when they know. Three hours later I went down to the reception. Different lady was there - didn't seem to care much. When I told her again what happened she replied "yes I heard you the first time". Didn't provide any information and when I asked her about it she said "what can I say? Sorry?!" and gave me a shoulder shrug. I asked her if I need to hire a security person to make sure about the safety of my stuff. THIS HOTEL IS STILL USING NORMAL KEYS. You can take the key, copy it at any store and then come back in a week and go to the room and steal. As simple as that. When I mentioned this to the reception upon checking in her response was "this is not possible but we are going to install electronic locks". This is ridiculous. Hotel is at good location, my room was big and nice but they have no idea about security and customer service. Be warned if you plan on booking it.

Really liked this hotel. Rooms were spotless and the hotel staff were top class. The Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square are both less than 10mins walks away from the hotel. The only reason that the hotel did not get 5 stars was the patchy wifi coverage which was a bit annoying.

I had to cancel my trip last minute, they agreed to return my money , really professional and they care for the customer ??

Great place in the very heart of Old Town. Once you arrange everything with the host online, you are free enter whenever you want without reception. The bathroom had some issues but nothing to spoil the great experience there.

It was very clean, kitchen facilities were looking like brand new, beds were comfortable and curtains were making room dark enough. It was also quiet, you couldn’t hear street or noises from building. Wifi was working good too and there was hot water. Heating was working little loud and tv was not working.
