★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto profesionální přístup a maximální spokojenost. Nákup hodinek u společnosti Helveti. Po roce přestala fungovat baterie a GOLDTIME je autorizovaným servisem. I přesto, že záruka na baterii už nebyla, vyměnili ji mimořádně zdarma. Druhá zkušenost po necelých dvou letech od nákupu hodinek. Po několika nárazech (manžel pracuje manuálně) se uvolnila čísla na ciferníku. Poslali jsme k opravě a byli ochotni neuznanou reklamaci, resp. opravu, zaplatit, ale přišla informace, že reklamaci sice neuznávají, ale opět mimořádně zdarma opravu provedou. Děkujeme za nadstandardní vstřícnost a skvělé služby.
Absolutely professional approach and maximum satisfaction. Purchase of watches from Helveti. After a year, the battery stopped working and GOLDTIME is an authorized service center. Even though the battery was no longer guaranteed, they replaced it extremely free of charge. Second experience less than two years after buying a watch. After a few bumps (husband works manually) the numbers on the dial came loose. We sent for repair and were willing to accept the unrecognized complaint, respectively. repair, pay, but the information came that they do not accept the complaint, but again they will make the repair extremely free of charge. Thank you for the above-standard friendliness and great service.
