What amazes me the most is that they were not able to call a single complaint that it was settled. I came to the third complaint about 2 weeks after the date of the repair, no one contacted me that they still have it there. I understand that I should take care of it myself, but perhaps there is still some decency to contact the customer with him. Unfortunately not here. Next time I'll spend the money elsewhere. I warn against ordering the production of rings in this jewelry store! The goldsmith promised to book the ring, which I chose at the goldsmith's e-shop, to book at the store, an appointment was arranged. At the meeting, I was told that he doesn't actually have the ring I'm interested in at the store, but he has others very similar prepared for me, according to his evaluation. I definitely didn't choose from them, I went there with a clear idea of ​​what I wanted. The required ring therefore went into production. On the agreed day of handing over the order, the goldsmith called me and said that the ring was of course already finished, but that the details were still being finished, so it will definitely not be today and when I would actually like to pick it up. Despite the feeling that the delay in the order should have let me know before the deadline, I offered to wait another 2 days (and come up with another date and place for the engagement, which I planned for a month). No one contacted me on the agreed postponed date, and I was eventually connected to the goldsmith through my assistant. I was told that somehow in the end it turned out that the ring wasn't really very good at it ... that it was actually a bit of a problem ... They couldn't make it. But that I'm not afraid at all, that this time I will definitely choose again from several other already finished rings. He didn't choose. Deposit returned. I consider the most amateurish behavior to be that not only is it a goldsmith that actively sells rings that it cannot produce, but the store manager completely failed in communication - inability to produce the ordered ring all the time from taking over the deposit to the order delivery date (approx. 33 days) he kept secret, on the day when the ring was to be handed over as finished, he clearly lied about the condition of its production and admitted it only a few days after the deadline for handing over the order.

A very pleasant visit to this goldsmith last week. They helped with the selection of the ring, and in addition, the goldsmith immediately took it to my sizing workshop. I picked it up that day and I am very satisfied. I recommend.

I have to ventilate my satisfaction with Mr. Jelínek's services, which we got on the recommendation of a colleague - I set him the task of making a complex piece of jewelry according to my own drawings and the created 3D model. After the initial consultations, Mr. Jelínek made it to number one and I was excited about the result! Even though I was in no hurry for the product, it was done within a month.
