The staff of the reception and restaurant was very very unfriendly, rude and insolent, and they did not want to help us if we have needed something. (Furthermore nobody speaks any foreign languages, English or German.) For this price I would have excepted a higher level and a little kindness from the hotel staff!! The rooms and apartments were nice and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The golf course is fine and well maintained. The staff at the restaurant is not very attentive and the cottages need some remodeling. Considering the owner's ties with the Russian oligarchs, one must wonder how much Russian money gets laundered at this resort
