Pojištění zdaleka nepokrývá pouze toto riziko, takže mé doporučení pro naše klienty je vždy TOP. As the owner of a golf travel agency, I see this product of specialized golf insurance as absolutely necessary for our clients who normally travel 2-3 times a year. The combination of probabilities of damage, delay or loss of poles by the airline during transport is surprisingly high. Škodu jsme, po konzultaci s Golfplanem, vymáhali na letecké společnosti, ta nám poskytla mizernou náhradu. Golfplan poté uhradil zbytek škodné částky. Jednání s leteckou společností bylo dlouhé a namáhavé, Golfplan poté reagoval velmi rychle. Díky dodatečné iniciativě ze strany Golfplanu bylo vše nakonec vyřízeno k mé spokojenosti. Ve Španělsku jsem přišel o dálkoměr a kdyby mi brácha nepřipoměl, že to také kryje pojištění, vlastně by mě ani nenapadlo to nahlásit. Událost jsem nahlásil a peníze přišly velmi rychle! Měli jsme zaplacené členství s neomezenou hrou za 18 tisíc a 11738 nám golfplan vrátil. Byli na nás vstřícní, vše probíhalo rychle a bez jediného problému. Benefity v jejich premium klubu využívám 2 rok a když si spočítám kolik nás pojištění stojí a kolik jsme ušetřili a kolik vrátili za syna, nemám co dodat. Všem upřímně doporučujeme.
