Fast response to the claims process and they use brilliant contractors to complete the work.
I will be looking at what other policies they provide.
Special mention must go to Jana,who seems to do everything and was very understanding during a very difficult time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I have ever had to make a claim for damage to a hire car (car hire excess insurance). The claims process was simple. I just had to send an email with the necessary paperwork/evidence attached. A claims adviser followed up immediately with a request for a couple more bits of info. I replied with these and the the claim was settled at once. I was very impressed with their speed and efficiency and I would have no hesitation using this company again or recommending to others. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service I received from this company was outstanding. I dealt with Sara, who was extremely helpful to me throughout this claim.
On return from a holiday abroad, I found the car rental company charged my card 2 weeks after returning a car. At the time, I was not made aware of any damage. I did not dispute that damage may have occurred, simply asked for documentation to provide for this insurance claim. The car rental company sent me running round is circle's, and failed to respond to correspondence.
Throughout my frustration (which went on for over 3 months, trying to obtain documentation), Sara was extremely patient and kept me updated throughout the process. Sara stepped in when to deal directly with the company, and went above and beyond to assist.
I highly recommend the use of this company and am thrilled with the service recieved. I felt I was I'm very good hands with Sara. Thanks again Sara!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot praise the insurance group enough and especially their claims people. I had to make a claim on my car rental and they went above and beyond to help me. It took months for the hire car to give me the information but Defend were so supportive and helpful. Would use them again without hesitation! Great people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The defend insurance group have been amazing. I am so pleased to have taken out scratch and dent repair with them. It has been worth every penny. The first time I used them I had a scratch repaired by SMART repair. Recently, I had a dent which couldn’t have been repaired this way, and I thought that the insurance wouldn’t cover it. To my great surprise I had an email informing me that they would cover the dent repair up to a certain cost. This easily covered the cost of repair. I was reimbursed really quickly. Whenever I have had to speak on the phone the staff were always polite and extremely professional. Every email was answered promptly. I can’t imagine a better company to use. Thank you.
