J	Jakub Novotny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VYPADÁ FANTASTICKY Vybírám teď pojištění pro syna (3r) a Simplea my tak nadchla, že si pak změním i svoje a manželky pojištění od Allianz sem (kde sice mám velkou pojistku, ale stejně se necítím v bezpečí, protože tak dlouhé a složité pojistné podmínky nikdy číst nebudu). V rámci výběru jsem si udělal důkladný research na Simplea pojistné podmínky, sporty atd. prostě vše co mají na stránkách. Jsem nadšený jednoduchostí pojistných podmínek (7 jasných výluk), pojištěnými sporty a to, že nemají motivaci neplnit (protože neplněné pojistné plnění stejně dají na charitu dle svých standardů). Taky, že je vše plně digitální a rychlé. Žádná otravná byrokracie, žádné debilní papírování. Zní to všechno skvěle a přesně tak, jak si představuji moderní produkt. Naposled jsem byl takto nadšený z banky Airbank a z Transferwise (pokud používáte cizí měny). IT LOOKS FANTASTIC I am now choosing insurance for my son (3 years) and we are so excited about Simple that I will also change my and wife's insurance from Allianz here (where I have a large insurance policy, but I still do not feel safe, because I will never read such long and complicated insurance conditions ). As part of the selection, I did a thorough research on Simplea insurance conditions, sports, etc. just about everything they have on the site. I am thrilled by the simplicity of the insurance conditions (7 clear exclusions), the insured sports and the fact that they have no motivation not to pay (because they still give the unpaid insurance benefit to charity according to their standards). Also, everything is fully digital and fast. No annoying bureaucracy, no stupid paperwork. It all sounds great and exactly as I imagine a modern product. Last time I was so excited about Airbank and Transferwise (if you use foreign currencies).

Kvalita klientského servisu co se týče relevance informací, příjemného chování a dostupnosti je nesrovnatelná s většinou společností na Českém trhu. Pojistná smlouva s minimem výluk, portál velice přehledný. Doporučuji. I evaluate it as a client and as a collaborator. The quality of client service in terms of relevance of information, pleasant behavior and availability is incomparable with most companies on the Czech market. Insurance contract with a minimum of exclusions, the portal is very clear. I recommend.

Ale došli jsme k nim až jsme prošli všechny možnosti a jejich nabídka mi pasovala nejvíc k tomu, co chci, takže jsem to nechal zřídit u nich. An adviser brought me to Simple, I had no idea. But we came to them when we went through all the options and their offer suited me best to what I want, so I had it set up with them.

Operátorka byla velmi ochotná a na sjednání pojistky přišel ředitel pobočky ke mne domů. Vše mi vysvětlil, nic mi nenutil. ?? The insurance company affects me very well, I take life insurance from them. You won't find it in the fuse comparator yet. The operator was very helpful and the branch director came to my house to arrange insurance. He explained everything to me, he didn't force anything on me. ??
