★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unluckily such a cozy place faces such an unprofessional and impolite staff.
Firstly coils for the hookah were never changed, and it seems it considered normal for the place.
Second of all guys who are working there have absolutely no understanding about what customer service is.
Won’t recommend.

I am a realy big fan of Shisha/Hookah/Narguile and when I travel I always get to know the shisha cafes and lounges wherever I go(and I travel quite a lot). This place is very home-like in respect to most people knowing each other and having a quite personalized service. The water pipes and tobacco at this place are of the best quality. tobacco they use is Al Fakher and for quite accessible prices. Also the guys that prepare the shisha are experts and it never goes wrong... aromatic and thick smoke...the type that doesn't make you cough but rather makes you feel like you made a good choice in coming here ;) hope you can verify my review for yourself ;)
Ah! all workers at this place speak english and are used to speak with foreigners.(this is a plus in Prague)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hookah is really good in there. The tee is quite good but they offer much less then in pre covid era, but otherwise wasn't disappointed at all. The place is cozy and quite, good for a chat with friends or a date. No space for a table games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy, quiet place, with very good shisha. The mixure is not standard, but it is very good quality and taste. The tea was also good, great selection. Very chilly, nice atmosphere. They only accept cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice space. Good location. Good masala. The choice of tea wasn't that big though and there is no description of the teas they have in the menu (only their name)... that isn't necessary a negative, but sometimes I appreciate in tearooms when they have.
