Nejkvalitnější maso je vždy z býka. Můžete si všimnout lehce nakyslé chuti, která dokazuje, že skot není živený uměle, nýbrž ve volném výběhu, kompletní krmnou dávkou založenou na kukuřičné siláži do 18 měsíců a 380-420 kg.
První na řadu přichází suché zrání -maso zraje zavěšené v průvanu při teplotě 0-2°C a 70% vlhkosti vzduchu po dobu 2-6 týdnů. A následně mokré zrání - maso zraje 10 až 14 dní ve vakuu během cesty po moři bez přísunu vzduchu a teplotě optimálně 0-2°C kdy mikroorganismy nemají šanci k růstu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wednesday Whisky evenings: great experience with pleasant people. Starts at 6 pm. I also enjoyed the Cajun grilled chicken: the piece of chicken remains tender at heart. Just the right amount of spice. If you appreciate salt in your food, try one bite of the meat without adding salt to get the taste of the meat first. Great experience this 'Cadien' food. Also, a proper 'vegetarian' (Beyond Meat) burger. Plus Caesar's salad, so even someone who cares about following a healthy diet will appreciate the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent, rarely tried such a good steak, I can reccomend the citrus mix which comes in 1L, perfect for two. The filet mignon in medium rare was incredible soft and tender. One of the waitresses had probably a stressful day, asking for her recommendations wasn't really helpful and she had a rude response at one point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good Steakhouse. Nice atmosphere. Not crowded, right now. Great meats. Good prices. Nice staff. Amazing soundtrack if you like classic rock from the 70 and 80'th. I can recommend it.
Updated 2021; I have returned to Jáma Steakhouse, and once again the food was great. The Staff is still Nice and friendly. The beer cold and fresh. I can still recommend this place ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lucky enough to get a presentation from the owner of this place, Mr. Max, and then head to his restaurant for some delicious burger and fries, and crisp beer. An excellent restaurant with a superb ambience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go here next time for a steak! Loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brilliant! My wife and I went there for my birthday. The food was delicious and they have not only some excellent wine choices but also some very good beer. It was very reasonably priced, the staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was really nice. We will return.
