We were eventually given a warm bottle of prosecco, I had to get up to ask for an ice bucket. Lady too busy giggling with a young fella at the bar. A good 20 minutes after eating, our plates were still uncleared on our table. Didn't even ask how our food was. Server needs to be retrained on prioritising customer service over idle chit chat with her mates.
