I warn everyone against this company. I accidentally bought Gopass for another date. Gopass does not want to return my cash, the refund takes place in points to the Gopass account, which can be used indefinitely for Skipass. It is also not possible to convert currency and, for example, use "points" in a center in Poland. I feel robbed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The staff does a great job, they are kind and helpful. But why do you offer to buy tickets for the cable car online, when you still have to stand in line physically in the store, because in the words of the employee at the cable car "they have to print the ticket in order to read it". We traveled a lot of places where they had these pass-through devices and wherever it was possible to buy online, they had customized readers. Špindl, as a Czech giant and an unnecessarily overvalued place in the mountains, really lags behind in this. In addition, I really don't understand why you are promoting the Bear Bistro at the exit of the cable car, which was a great disgrace to the place. You distribute leaflets on cola for free as you wave on May Day, but you do not check the quality of the company to which you are advertising.

It is best to buy a ski pass online (Visa & MasterCard only, no Amex, PayPal or direct debit) or get a public GoPass at the cash register at the lift and pay on the touchscreen. Paying in cash on site is relatively expensive.

Unnecessarily complicated. The 2-year-old card didn't work for us until after visiting Gopass Info, where they did something with it and already stepped on it (but then don't write "you can go straight to the turnstile")
