★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Připojení k internetu máme od Gradace léta a vždy vše probíhalo bez problémů (instalace, přepojení, problémy s internetem, ...).
Sem tam jsem u nich v obchodě něco koupil a to už není taková sláva ohledně komfortu a vzhledu IT prodejny. Jinak vše ok.
We have had an internet connection since Gradac summer and everything has always gone smoothly (installation, reconnection, internet problems, ...).
Here and there I bought something from them in the store and it is no longer such a glory about the comfort and appearance of the IT store. Otherwise, everything is ok.

Nedoporučuji
Frequent outages lately. The site does not mention the outage. It is almost impossible to connect to the hotline.

We have 2 years. The Internet is still almost 300Mb. I can't complain about anything yet. So I definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je sobota 9:10 a prave ode me odjel servisak, kteremu jsem psal v 8:30 kvuli problemu s pripojenim (vitr, caste vypadky... neco odeslo). Vse opet funguje, ochota, vstricnost, komunikace... uz nekolikrat mi hosi velice rychle a ochotne pomohli, kdyz bylo treba. DIKY NIM mam tuhle firmu mam rad. Ted lituju, ze jsem mu nedal aspon kilko do kapsy...
It's Saturday 9:10 and the serviceman I wrote to at 8:30 left just because of a connection problem (wind, frequent crashes ... something sent). Everything works again, willingness, helpfulness, communication ... several times the guests helped me very quickly and willingly when needed. THANKS I love this company. Now I'm sorry I didn't put at least a pocket in his pocket ...
