★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very nice and pleasant mountain hotel, decorated in the style of wood and stone.
We had a small but cozy room with a nice view of the village and the mountains. We also enjoyed wellness, especially the outdoor yakuzi spa. But the best point (for me) was food. The food in this hotel was absolutely amazing! Excellent cuisine, the chef is a master! The hotel restaurant is pleasantly furnished, with a view of the mountains and with an interesting view through the restaurant floor to the hotel's wine shop. It's a pleasure to eat in this restaurant!
The staff was very polite, nice and smiling. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink.
We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this hotel and sometimes we would like to go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equiped hotel and perfectly crafted wellness center with such a nice view over the municipality of Velké Karlovice. Moreover the hotel staff was extremly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I can not send you 5 stars, because of the loud and the children that were out of the control and even naked in the hotel restaurant terace when we arrived as expecting an ultimate space for relax. Besides, the hotel beds were extremly soft, which could not suit everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place! Modern, cozy and comfortable. Yes the room was a bit small (but very comfy), the price of the night probably a bit expensive for the area, and there were a lot of kids. But, the hotel has many advantages, like: friendly staff, great chef, good food (especially á la carte), great view on valley, great wellness facilities! Not to mention the hotel is close to ski slopes and nice forest trails!
