★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neprofesionální chování! Na patře jsou dvě zubní ordinace, trošku zmateně popsané. Byli jsme tam poprvé. Vešli jsme do čekárny Velké ortodoncie a na recepci jsme nahlásili svoje jméno a čas, kdy jsme objednaní. Bez dalších otázek nás usadili do čekárny. Po 22 minutách, kdy se NIC nedělo, jsme se šli zeptat na recepci, jestli na nás nezapomněli. Až v tento moment začali zjišťovat, ke komu jsme vlastně objednaní. Po dalších pár minutách, kdy byly pohledy paní na recepci absolutně bez zájmu jsem sdělila jméno doktora, ke kterému máme jít. A na to nám naprosto nezaujatým hlasem paní sdělila, že to není jejich lékař, ale že to je ta ordinace vedle. Ještě jednou díky za zbytečnou ztrátu času!
Absolutely unprofessional behavior! On the floor there are two dental surgeries, a little confused. We were there for the first time. We walked into the waiting room of the Great Orthodontics and reported our name and the time we were booked at the front desk. They settled us into the waiting room without further questions. After 22 minutes, when nothing happened, we went to the reception to ask if they forgot us. It was only at this point that they began to figure out who we were actually ordered to. After the next few minutes, when the lady's eyes were absolutely uninterested at the reception, I told the name of the doctor we were going to go to. And to that, in a totally unbiased voice, the lady told us that it was not their doctor, but that it was the surgery next door. Thanks again for unnecessary waste of time!
