k	kyna matthewson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this place. A boutique style hotel. Cheap, and my room was huge. No complaints here at all. Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
D	David Webber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious comfortable rooms let down by poor planning and execution. Boiler fitted in room 102 is very noisy and turns on and off every 20 minutes or so all through the night. Also false walls put in to separate rooms are paper thin, so noisy neighbours are a problem. Toilet paper not topped up day to day and bed sheets not changed. Finally, hotel does not include City Tax in its cost. I don’t object to the tax, but it’s false advertising to add it as an extra at the last minute rather than including it in the price like every other hotel I’ve stayed in.
T	Tom Chubaty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed the Hotel Residence Green Lobster. Such a cool area of Prague literally in the shadow of Prague Castle 100 meters away. It's all up hill, so we went with a 2 euro Uber ride! Super breakfast, free included with room. Includes some traditional czech dishes and a great selection of food. See pics. They have a really unique lift elevator for elderly or handicapped. We dont do stairs well, so we used the lift with no issues. The stairs are steep and spiral, so that would be the only drawback. The 2 bedroom room does have a fridge hidden in an antique cabinet and there is a room safe. Generally we felt very safe in this part of Prague. Definitely recommend this very unique boutique hotel with only 14 suites! Bathroom were modern with a nice shower stall.

It is easy to walk to the castle or down the hill to see the city centre. The hotel has an elevator for those with mobility challenges or lots of luggage. The location is on a hill on a small cobblestone street. Okay for taxis, but parking can be difficult and public transportation is a little walk to either the trams, buses or metro.
J	Jan Gedamke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely room with 4 poster bed. Building is 14th century and lift is a little slow as couldn't put conventional lift in, more for disabled guests. Only four floors, floors one and 4 appear to have 2 rooms on them, and floors 2 and 3 have 4 rooms on each. No bath in our room but plenty of hot water for a shower. Tea and coffee making facilities, but usually only enough for a cup each of English tea. Fruit teas can be made. Bed very comfortable. Rooms very warm(here in March), had to have a window open when we were in the room. Area very quiet, just below the castle. Breakfast is supplied here, but no other meals but there are plenty of restaurants close by. Not a huge choice for breakfast but enough of a choice is available. Hotel is on a hill, not too steep. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would come to stay here again
R	Ryan v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here one night recently and it was ok. The staff was so kind. They were the best part of my stay! I couldnt be happier with the hospitality. The room was the main reason for my 3/5 review. I get the hotel is old but my room kind of had a old smell to it. The furniture had scratches all over it, the floors needed refinishing, etc. There was AC which was nice, but after a long day I came back to my room to find it very hot. The water container on the AC had filled up so the unit shut down. I had to empty out the water and it started working again. Not a big issue but just an annoyance. The bathroom also wasn’t overly impressing. It had just a small single pedestal sink and a small corner shower.

However, I wasn't satisfied with the staff, the reception was closed and no one answered the phone to help us, and also the TV didn't work properly.

Rooms were gorgeous and decorated very cute yet functional. The location was perfect for a quiet stay. Room service every day with fresh towels and a made bed. Comfy and cozy bed. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit!
