★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worker wasn't very helpful and was bad at fitting shoes, i personally don't think she's qualified to fit pointe shoes. Ended up with a pointe shoe with too low profile. She told me they were good but I won't be able to dance in them. Wasted money.
*edited* we conversed through mail and the lady just told me she couldn't do anything for me. She just replied to my comment to make it seem like she would solve it which she didn't. Don't support this store, go somewhere else. Don't spend your money on a store that completely disregard their customers. I would instead go to another dance shop in Prauge. Spend your money in a store where you get treated right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry that i have to give low rate just because of the worker. One was nice and polite(the younger one) but the other lady just made me to stop from what i was talking and leave. My daughter only touched a small glass table with a feather and the way she said to my child not do that was wow..she could just say nice (even though there was nothing wrong in touching a table with a feather). But anyway, they don't have many options for girls balet outfits and i was trying to explain to her what else exactly i would need and she was trying to tell me they don't have and with her attitude she showed me that she has no time for me so i better leave.
Edit: Relplying.
The kid can't get hurt by touching the top of the table with a feather. There was no reason for her to get hurt by doing that as the table was very stabil and i was right next to her. The owner was just in bad mood and probably didn't like someone is touching the glass table that eventually would get a finger print on it. Again, she touched it with a feather so was no need to react that way. Doesn't matter if was me or my partner communicating, the idea was that you were not in the mood in serving us and said to us you don't have what we need.
