Bohužel, asi proto, že jsou podzimní prázdniny si prodavač vyvěsil cedulku, že je u zákazníka. Po zavolání telefon nezvedl, jen poslal zprávu, že zavolá později. Na naši SMS už reagoval s tím, že za hodinu bude zpět. Neměli jsme čas čekat, radši jsme šli jinam, kde si z otevírací doby nedělají holubník. Informace, že má druhý kolega dovolenou a tak se to jinak nedalo, je pro nás naprosto nepochopitelná. Myslíme, že v Německu by si nic takového nedovolili, tady mají zákazníků asi dost. Velké zklamání. We wanted to take a look at the Grohe Blue Home kitchen faucet system during opening hours (10:00, 30.10) based on Grohe's recommendation to show us everything in this showroom. Unfortunately, probably because it is autumn holidays, the salesman posted a sign that he is at the customer. After calling, he did not answer the phone, just sent a message that he would call later. He has already responded to our SMS, saying he will be back in an hour. We did not have time to wait, rather we went somewhere where the opening hours do not make a pigeon. The information that the other colleague has a vacation and so it could not otherwise be completely incomprehensible for us. We think that in Germany they would not allow such a thing, there are probably enough customers here. Great disappointment.
