★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small portions, lack of flavour in the Tiramisu, Salted Carmel, and Chocolate, the coffee was okay. The cones were way too hard. The napkins were surprisingly awful. I didn't like the whole experience, but the staff at least were kinda nice.

I added a fifth star (initially 4) for the quick reply and real interest in how they want to improve, as it is rare in this city it needs to be really appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the famous Italian Gelato shop, at the heart of wenceslas square. They have limited varieties of gelato and you can see the menu in Czezh and Italian. They speak English. The ice cream cone was little bit hard. I will say Cream dalla cream is my favourite..?

The place is nice, full of light, right in the heart of Prague.
The staff was super super friendly, all speaking at least 2 languages, and very helpful in selecting the flavors ?
They have coffee from local Czech roasters.
I tried the lemon, raspberry and mango sorbets, and lemon slooshie. Yum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing place! Staff are extremely friendly and can speak in English for tourists. The salted caramel ice cream is to die for!! Prices are extremely great for the quality of gelato that you’re getting. Totally recommend going here!
