Staff at the level, quality products at an appropriate price. There might be more choice, but still 5 stars.

I have to give a negative rating, the salespeople solved the customer's problems so loudly that I heard it all over the store instead of devoting myself to all their work in disgust, I had to leave again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ассортимент хороший, особенно если речь об аксессуарах. Но персонал неприятный, более недовольные лица при просьбе о помощи представить сложно. Не знаю как надо к ним приходить, чтобы на тебя не смотрели так, как будто ты зашёл в бутик LV с пакетом Сильпо, но желание заходить в магазин пропадает, даже если нужна конкретная вещь.
The assortment is good, especially when it comes to accessories. But the staff is unpleasant, it is difficult to imagine more disgruntled people when asking for help. I don’t know how to come to them, so that they don’t look at you as if you entered an LV boutique with a Silpo package, but the desire to enter the store disappears, even if you need a specific item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nafrneny prodavacky co jim asi mysli ze jim ten obchod patri?,pan ochotnejsi avsak pri zkouseni bot se me pta zda si chci vyzkouset obe ?no ja nevim zda nekdo zkousi a chodi v jedne bote ??.Celkove obchod s prodavaci dost nestastny ale od cen bot me nejaky neprijemny ci blbe cumejici personal vsak neodradi.

Terrible service, rude and rude sales people! I really hope management takes note of this! Up to this point, I loved Guess very much, but now I won’t buy anything in principle!
