M	Monika Nováková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do ordinace docházím 3 roky. Za tu dobu jsem stihla poznat všechny lékaře a jsem opravdu spokojená. Nikdy jsem neměla s ničím problém, vyhověli mi i na poslední chvíli se změnou termínu. Líbí se mi jednorázové sukýnky a papučky. Za mě určitě doporučuji a mrzí mě jejich nízké hodnocení tady na Gmaps - Kdyby lidi hodnotili i když jsou spokojení a ne jen když jsou nespokojení, vypadalo by to jinak (taky pracuji s lidmi). I have been going to the surgery for 3 years. During that time, I managed to meet all the doctors and I am really satisfied. I never had a problem with anything, they complied at the last minute with the change of deadline. I like disposable skirts and slippers. For me, I definitely recommend and I'm sorry for their low rating here on Gmaps - If people rated even if they are satisfied and not just when they are dissatisfied, it would look different (I also work with people).

U pana doktora mi sestra s akutním případem chtěla objednat za měsíc a když jsem byla na ošetření na chirurgii a napsali mi, že to je gyn,problém,chtěla jsem se objednat na rychlou konzultaci a jak to mám řešit přes Vánoce. Pan doktor mi řekl,že má v Palacké ještě osm pacientek a abych přišla někam na prahu 10./od svého mládí jsem vždy chodila do Palacké,neb jsem bydlela kousek. Co je mi platné,že pan doktor umí anglicky a že dává sukýnku a trepky na vyšetření/mimochodem za 90Kč o kterých dopředu nic nevíte/,když s akutním případem budu běhat bůh ví kde! Gyn Krup je pro nás dříve narozené svým necitlivým přístupem a mačkáním tlačítek při objednání a konzultaci,kde skončíte vypnutým telefonem nepříjemný.Byla jsem vždy trpělivým pacientem,ale myslím,že je to lékař,který má při akutkách pomoci.! U MUDr Moravcové jsem si byla vždy jistá ,že mi pomůže a za to Jí tímto chci poděkovat. Golden Mrs. Moravcová! M	Mary Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor patří k těm lékařům, kteří na každý miniproblém nařídí antibiotika a nezdráhá se dát je třeba i 6x za sebou. Co to udělá s přirozeným prostředím netřeba popisovat. Naprosto neosobní přístup a s nějakým náznakem komplexnějšího pohledu na věc ani nepočítejte. Jediné výhody jsou krátké čekací doby a bezbolestné vyšetření. Mr. Doctor is one of those doctors who orders antibiotics for every mini-problem and does not hesitate to give them 6 times in a row. What it will do with the natural environment need not be described. Don't even count on a completely impersonal approach and with some hint of a more comprehensive view of the matter. The only benefits are short waiting times and painless examinations.

Velice jsem spokojena i s milým přístupem od všech sestřiček. I have been here for a year, I would like to thank Dr. Strunová for her friendly and at the same time professional approach in solving my health problems. I am also very satisfied with the kind approach from all the nurses.
A	Anička Grdv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snad nejhorší gynekologie co může být. Přístup pana doktora je na pěst. Když máte nějaký problém, hledí na vás jak na největší špínu světa a takhle i komunikuje. Poslední kapka byla, když jsem si zavolala o antikoncepci, když jsem neměla už ani jeden jediný prášek a bylo mi řečeno, že mi ji nemůžou předepsat, protože nemám vyšetření cytologie a poslední mám z roku 2020 a že se musí dělat každý rok. Celé 2 roky mi ji vesele předepisovali bez jakékoliv poznámky o tom, že mi ji nebudou moci předepsat když ho nebudu mít. Řeknou vám, že vám pošlou e-mail s datumem vyšetření, ale nic neposílají. Nicméně po telefonátu s panem doktorem jsem se rozhodla přejít jinam, protože tón který nasadil pan doktor už byl přes čáru. A víceméně mě slušně poslal do pr....Jinak dovolat se do této ordinace když něco potřebujete akutně? Na to vám přeji pevné nervy. Měla jsem už s nimi podobný zážitek, kdy nereagovali 2 týdny na telefonáty ani na e-mail a za 2 týdny mi konečně poslali recept. Takže celé hormony opět rozházené. Pokud chcete odcházet naštvání a bez jakékoli pomoci, tak vám tuhle gynekologii doporučuji. Pro ty rozumnější, odejděte. Perhaps the worst gynecology there can be. The doctor's approach is on the fist. When you have a problem, they look at you as the biggest dirt in the world and communicate like that. The last straw was when I called for contraception, when I didn't have a single pill and I was told they couldn't prescribe it because I didn't have a cytology test and I had the last one from 2020 and that it had to be done every year. They cheerfully prescribed it for me for 2 years without any remark that they would not be able to prescribe it to me if I did not have it. They will tell you that they will send you an email with the date of the examination, but they will not send anything. However, after the phone call with the doctor, I decided to move elsewhere, because the tone set by the doctor was already across the line. And he sent me more or less politely ... Otherwise to call this surgery when you need something urgently? I wish you strong nerves for that. I already had a similar experience with them, when they did not respond to phone calls or e-mails for 2 weeks and in 2 weeks they finally sent me a recipe. So the whole hormones are scattered again. If you want to leave annoyance and without any help, I recommend this gynecology. For the wiser, leave.

R	Romina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re an expat, save yourself the time and money. Dr. Krupša I do not recommend. No human approach and always moody. Could not even get basic information without asking and apologizing for bothering the doctor :)) never again!!
B	Begüm Koca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to get an appointment from Gyn Krup since the end of October 2021 and I could be able to get an appointment for 23 of November. And at the same day I got a call from reception saying that Dr. Krupsa will not be avabliable at the appointment time. We postpone the time for the same day but then I got a second call saying that it will not be possible to have visit on the pre arranged visit date and they try to postpone my appointment for one additional month, they try to give the appointment for 20 th of December. I did not accept the new appointment date while it is too late and the lady in the reception has promised me she will call me back after trying to arrange a earlier appointment date. But it has been 2 days, still no calls from the clinic. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Waste of time.
