★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám od nich čističku.Po 7 letech přestalo jít dmychadlo,tak jsem jim ho dovezl s tím,ať se podívají co je špatně a popř. vymění co je potřeba.Za dva dny se mi ozvali,že tyhle dmychadla už nedávají a ani neobjednavaji náhradní díly,což mě zarazilo, protože ta čistička nebyla zrovna laciná.Zeptal jsem se co tam je teda špatně,objednám si to a vyměním.Pry membrány a nezapomeli mi nabídnout za 4500kc nové dmychadlo.Doma jsem to rozdělal a koukám,že mi tam chybí magnet,tak jsem tam volal a prý,že to tam nemají a že se podívají a dají vědět.Samozrejme,že už se neozvali,takže ho buď ztratili nebo si ho nechali,protoze když jsem jim to vezl,tak tam byl a na něm přidělaný membrány.Vratilo se mi s oddělanými membránami a bez magnetu!!,

jsem místo membrán musel koupit ještě nový magnet za dalších 500kc.Takze tady bych už nekoupil nikdy nic!!!chování a pristup na nejnizsi úrovni,co jsem kdy zažil

After 7 years, the blower stopped to go, so I brought it with them to see what is wrong and possibly. exchange what is needed.Za two days I was told that these blowers no longer give and nor ordered spare parts, which stopped me, because the purifier was not exactly cheap. I asked what is wrong then, I order it and exchange. membran and forget to offer me for 4500kc new dmychadlo.Doma I broke it and I see that there is missing a magnet, so I called there and said that they do not have it and that they look and let know.Of course, they have not contacted, so they either lost it or kept it, because when I took it to them, it was there and the membranes added to it. I came back with the membranes separated and without the magnet !!,
so
instead of membranes I had to buy a new magnet for another 500kc.Takze here I would never buy anything !!! behavior and approach at the lowest level I have ever experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel se musím připojit k předešlé recenzi se stejným poznatkem firmy H EKO a panem Hromádkem. Neochotný, arogantní, nepříjemný bez zájmu opravit věčně nefunkční zařízení ČOV. Raději hledejte dodavatele ČOV jinde, protože tady se seriozního chování nedočkáte. Pozáruční servis nefunkční, Fakt děs tenhle člověk a firma.
Unfortunately, I have to join the previous review with the same knowledge of the company H EKO and Mr. Hromádek. Reluctant, arrogant, unpleasant without interest in repairing the eternally dysfunctional WWTP equipment. It is better to look for a WWTP supplier elsewhere, because you will not experience serious behavior here. Post-warranty service not working, Really terrible this man and company.
