I definitely do not recommend this company. They deliver poor quality windows and do not recognize the claim (all the tricks and false claims)! - see below. In 2012, I bought an apartment in which the previous owner had installed windows from this company in that year. The windows were getting deeper in the winter, I thought it would be because the building's humidity was higher due to construction work and it would disappear over time. When the windows rose even more winter, I bought a hygrometer and started to watch when the windows were dew (relative to the outdoor and indoor temperatures). Over time, I have come to the conclusion that the windows (or the spacer frame used in them) do not meet the standard that was in force at the time of installation. There is even an article by one expert in the field on the Internet, which implies that windows with a given frame type cannot meet that standard. The complaint was for long elbows, Mr. Horák, the executive of the company, wriggled as it could. Finally, he did not comply with the claim. I tried to solve the issue through the CTIA as a consumer dispute, but it is a farce - the CTIA acts only as a forwarder and has no leverage at all. Of course, Mr. Horak again rejected the claim and used false claims, no rational arguments. There is no point in judging - damage to money and nerves. If you do not want to get into a similar situation, avoid this company by arching!
