★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný, čistý a plně vybavený apartmán s hezkou zahradou a posezením. Velkou výhodou je tramvajová zastávka přímo u domu.
Cesta do centra města Brna zabere tramvají pouze 10 min. K apartmánu je také privátní parkování.
 Beautiful, clean and fully equipped apartment with a nice garden and seating area. The big advantage is the tram stop right next to the house.
The journey to the center of Brno takes only 10 minutes by tram. The apartment also has private parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed on the top (3rd) floor. The unit is decent for a 1 or 2 night stay, but anything longer pls be aware that there's no AC and probably the worst ventilation. All 3-4 windows are on the same wall, so it gets super stuffy. We were basically unable to sleep for multiple nights as it was so hot and stuffy inside. We couldn't open the windows during the evening/ night as the number of bugs coming in was insane. The exhaust in the bathroom is basically useless as it's ineffective. Also, the TV is a joke as my office monitor is larger than what's in the living room! Internet is ok and not high speed.. I tried taking a few of my office calls and basically had to switch to my mobile. Also, the router was in a different unit and someone kept switching it off.
The building manager was mostly cooperative, except he kept telling us we don't need an AC - in July, when there was heat wave here in Brno/ CZ!
I've taken a star and a half off for no AC, specially as it was advertised that there is an AC in the unit. If I knew there was no AC, I wouldn't have picked this unit to start with.
