★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a very unplanned stop in Brno, we managed to find to this location. Not only is it great accommodation, but also polite and offering great service. If you are passing through like we are, then this is a great stop for great value. Hotel standard in a cosy and practical apartment!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really pleasant stay at the Cajkovskij Apartments in Brno on my last trip. There was ample on-street parking outside the building and the area seemed safe. Could see the car from the windows if I wanted to check on it from the studio unit I was in.
I arrived a few minutes before the official check-in time and was greeted promptly and with a pleasant attitude by the proprietress. She quickly led me up to the second floor apartment and gave me a brief tour of everything inside - coffee maker, etc.
The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and was extremely well-equipped. Everything and more, that would be needed was there, if you wanted to, could cook a meal, do laundry, etc. I was given some good recommendations for restaurants on the adjacent high street and had a nice lunch/dinner with cheap beers nearby. Breakfast was available if you identified this in advance, so that fresh ingredients could be obtained.
The apartment was very well kept, brand-new condition and extremely clean. No dust anywhere, and the pleasant smelled clean.
If I had a chance to stay again in Brno on my next travels, I would not hesitate to look again at staying at the Cajkovskij Apartments. Nice job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our host is very nice and speaks perfect English. Parking is convenient, right outside the apartment. Location is perfect for us since we don't want to drive into the center. It is an easy ride by tram just 5 stops away from center. Apartment itself is nicely finished with a balcony, quiet neighborhood, pretty comfortable to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place, it has everything you need for a nice couple of days away from home. The terras is really nice in the afternoon. We just didn't like the bed that much and the fact that the stairs and the floor of the bedroom creak rather loud when walked upon. This place has no air-conditioning (yet) but opening the windows and turning on the fan will cool down the place. There is also a little pool out back you can use when it's too warm to do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend that in no case do not agree with the owners of the apartments on panetia agreements, make a reservation strictly through booking, otherwise you may end up without a reservation of housing. the hostess stupidly left the reservation, even though the reservation was made a month before arrival, greed won .?♂️.
2. dear, nothing personal, I'm not against your business and I'm not going to delve into underwear. I just want to warn your future clients not to enter into an oral agreement with you in any case, but to make a reservation strictly through booking, since booking is a guarantee of the transaction. I understand your desire to bypass booking, booking charges a minimum of 20% for this. if I'm not mistaken... my desire to save you 20% of the total amount almost turned into an inconvenience for me. Thank God I found myself a more comfortable home for myself in your city. we are adults .. and please do not arrange a kindergarten. everyone from this situation learned their experience .. Good luck
