★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is very tasty here and place is authentic so for great Bun Cha or Bun Bo Nam Bo you don't have to travel to Southeast Asia. Just be prepared that owner lady seems to be angry all the time.

-the meat was not cut and it was hard to eat it
-noodles were dry
-too little sauce
-no cabbage in the sauce
The service was horrible - we waited a long time for the food, the waitress was coughing and sneezing all the time, then she went away and we had to wait 10-15 minutes to pay
+she allowed me to charge my phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be so amazing, meat fresh and hot from the grill, lots of veggies, real plates... In the past few years the quality of the food and portion size has declined a lot, plastic plates are just ridiculous and that woman is even nastier than ever before. The meat is still the best flavoured, but you're lucky if you get it warm. Shame.

Me and my friends went here because the lady who owns the shop told us that we could get a vegetarian pho here. We translated “no meat” into Czech and she agreed that it is possible.
As we waited we saw that she just put a plate wrapped in plastic in the microwave which had us already worried.
Then she brought us the soup and there was clearly meat inside. We told her and she was persistent that it wasn’t meat, even tho we tried it and were sure. Then we also found a hair in the soup.
The taste was fine, but the service awful and it was not okay to sell us a vegetarian soup with meat and the denying it.
Would give zero starts if possible!
