★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto ojedinělé bistro. Tato restaurace není vhodná pro první kontakty s vietnamskou kuchyní. Pro lidi znalé více než Pho-Bo a Bun Bo Nam Bo to bude objevné. Vyrábí si své vlasní nudle, dělá rýžové kaše a polévky má velmi neobvyklé, bohaté a chutné. V jeho nabídce nenajdete žádný bestseller, ale zato objevíte něco nového.
 Absolutely unique bistro. This restaurant is not suitable for first contacts with Vietnamese cuisine. For people who know more than Pho-Bo and Bun Bo Nam Bo, it will be revealing. He makes his own noodles, makes rice porridge and has very unusual, rich and tasty soups. You will not find any bestseller in its offer, but you will discover something new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dali jsme si tady Bun Bo Nam Bo a Pho Bo. Pho Bo má dobrý vývar ale maso bylo moc tlusté a nedodělané! A Bun Bo Nam Bo bylo úplně bez chutě. Už se sem nikdy nevrátíme.
We had Bun Bo Nam Bo and Pho Bo here. Pho Bo has a good broth but the meat was too thick and unfinished! And Bun Bo Nam Bo was completely tasteless. We will never return here.

This is one of the top places in Sapa. A terrible gentleman who will advise you on how to properly flavor each dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! Naprosto autentické jídlo, připravené s obrovskou péčí majitele podniku, rozumné ceny a jasný důkaz, že tři jídla na menu úplně bohatě stačí, pokud jsou kvalitní a dobře sestavená. Bun Oc fantazie.
Na druhou stranu nic pro začátečníky v oboru vietnamských jídel, tohle je opravdu full authentic, žádné poevropštěné Phó ani Kungpao.
Great! Absolutely authentic food, prepared with great care by the business owner, reasonable prices and clear proof that the three dishes on the menu are abundantly sufficient if they are of good quality and well-composed. Bun Oc fantasy.
On the other hand, nothing for beginners in the field of Vietnamese food, this is really full authentic, no Europeanized Pho or Kungpao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel toto bistro před 2 týdny změnilo majitele, prošlo rekonstrukcí a také změnili nabídku. Takže Bun Oc, My van than apod. zde již nenajdete, ale pouze "klasiku" ....Velká škoda
Unfortunately, this bistro changed owners 2 weeks ago, underwent reconstruction and also changed the offer. So you won't find Bun Oc, My van than etc. here, but only "classics" .... It's a pity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maličké bistro, které nabízí Hanojské polévky, které jinde nedostanete: Bun Oc, Bun thang a My van than. Dále mají kávu, zákusky, čerstvé šťávy a rýžové kaše Chao trai a Chao suon. K dochucení dostanete čili papričky, čili pastu, citron a nakládaný česnek. Zdarma taky dostanete silný zelený čaj. Pokud chcete zkusit něco jiného než polévky typu Pho, tak zajděte.
A tiny bistro that offers Hanoi soups that you won't get anywhere else: Bun Oc, Bun thang and My van than. They also have coffee, cakes, fresh juices and Chao trai and Chao suon rice porridge.
