There was no vegetarian options, but they were able to accommodate one of the meals to the needs of one of our vegetarian colleagues. Not sure whether it was a temporary thing, but there was no possibility of card payment, but that was the only "issue" we had. Will definitely come again!

Thede was also the mung bean sprouts missing as well as herbs like perilla and basil. The Vietnamese drip coffee is average. The service is friendly but they attend the tables very scarcely.

Mind you, we ordered pho and bun bo hur, which only requires for the ingredients to be put together in a bowl, as the broth and meat and vegetable are already ready. The manager lady obviously forgot to place our order to the kitchen, since around 35mins mark we went to ask about our food, she saw us and hurriedly took a piece of paper to the kitchen window and blatantly told us that our food was “being made now”. An ingredient was swapped in one of our foods, when I asked the manager about it, she said that particular ingredient was no longer available. Swapped without informing us, no apology, no nothing. I used to like this restaurant but the service (and food) has unfortunately gone down in quality.
T	Toni S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must for all fans of the Vietnamese cuisine! Based at SAPA, or “little Hanoi”, this is THE authentic Vietnamese experience in Prague. I had the Classic Pho with beef, the broth was super delicious and the meet fresh tender, by far the best Pho I’ve had... like ever. My friend had the vegetarian Bun and was also very happy with her choice. The ambience was pleasant and the waitress was attentive and kind. Definitely worth a visit! 10/10

The food is delicious, the staff is great and friendly. Prices are fair and the food and drinks arrive quite soon after the order. Great place to recharge energy before or after a busy shopping day.
