Выбрала Brownhouse по фото в Инстаграм, показалось, что там могут сделать качественное сложное окрашивание. Вместо этого волосы выкрасили полностью в блонд с отступлением от корня. Сказали, что это балаяж. Тоник вымылся спустя два дня, и цвет стал очень желтым. Мастер была в курсе моего желания немного освежить хайлт, без серьезных изменений. Но ее не остановило это от нанесения краски на ВСЕ волосы, хотя окрашена у меня была только 2/5. Конфликт не устраивала, не люблю драму. Мастера предупредила, что результат не радует, так как это кардинально отличается от того, что я хотела. После чего заплатила почти 4 000 (!!!) крон и спокойно ушла. Спустя неделю я решила все же оставить комментарий в Инстаграм на странице салона, чтобы рассказать о результате окраски. Без ретуши и фильтров. Реальный отзыв клиента. Салон мне отправил личное сообщение, сказав что все учтут. После чего комментарий мой был удален, а я была отправлена в блок. Поэтому теперь пишу такой длинный отзыв здесь. Не для того, чтобы насолить, просто как и в первый раз, хочу предупредить девочек от ошибки. А представителям данного салона хочу пожелать профессионализма как в парикмахерских делах, так и в диалоге с клиентами. I do not recommend this salon to anyone who cares and loves their hair. I chose Brownhouse from a photo on Instagram, it seemed that they could do a high-quality complex coloring there. Instead, the hair was dyed completely blond, with a departure from the root. They said it was balayazh. The tonic washed off after two days and the color turned very yellow. The master was aware of my desire to freshen up the hilt a little, without major changes. But this did not stop her from applying dye to ALL hair, although I only had 2/5 dyed. I didn't like the conflict, I don't like drama. The master warned that the result is not happy, as it is radically different from what I wanted. After that, she paid almost 4,000 (!!!) crowns and calmly left. A week later, I decided to leave a comment on Instagram on the salon page to talk about the result of the coloring. No retouching or filters. Real customer feedback. The salon sent me a personal message, saying that everyone will take it into account. After that, my comment was deleted, and I was sent to the block. Therefore, now I am writing such a long review here. Not to annoy, just like the first time, I want to warn the girls of a mistake. And I would like to wish the representatives of this salon professionalism both in hairdressing and in dialogue with clients.

M	Michelle Walsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the review from Anna above. I did not colour my hair for over 1 year. I researched alot of salons in Prague before choosing this place. We agreed a price beforehand but of course it was not what was agreed. The colourist offered to cut the ends of my hair at the end so I agreed. For this, I was charged another 600czk just for this tiny adjustment. So initial price was "around 3,500czk". I showed a photo beforehand and said I did not want a cold shade of blonde. I want a honey/warm blonde and showed the photo. We didn't talk about putting any colour on my roots but that's what I got. I was there for 4hrs. This they called balayage. I can smell that the colour they used is cheap as it smells the same as "box colour". I would not recommend this place as you will not get what you ask for. They take photos after and think that it is a masterpiece and do what they think is good for them. Don't be fooled by the amount of followers on Insta. In the end I paid 4,700czk.
