Vysoka uroven treneru zajistuje vzdy kvalitni trenink, bez zbytecnych bolesti ci namahani spatnych casti tela. Diky cviceni mne opustila bolest zapesti i zad, vse bylo zpusobeno spatnym cvicenim a to jsem si myslel, ze umi delat i tak jednoduchy cvik jako je klik. Clovek si zde neco vytrpi, ale brzo je odmenen rychle rostouci kondici.
Awesome place, great people and even better coach. For 50 dollars a person learns only about your body like never before. High level of trainer ensures always good quality training, without unnecessary pain or straining bad parts of the body. Thanks to the exercise I left my pain in spite and back, everything was caused by bad exercise and I thought that I could do as simple exercise as a click. You will suffer something here, but soon you will be rewarded with fast-growing fitness.
