Na schůzku jsem přinesla půdorys včetně zakreslení elektroinstalace. Podmínkou bylo: žádné stavební práce, velký stůl do pracovny, skříň pro návštěvy a kancelářské potřeby jako jsou šanony. Po více než týdnu jsem obdržela návrh, kde obývací stěna byla v místě, kde není vstup pro TV (přesně na opačné straně, než pro kterou chtěl projektant dodatečné zaměření) a návrh pokoje, který vypadal jako holobyt. Po dlouhém váhání jsem se s manželem rozhodla ve spolupráci nepokračovat, protože nákres působil hodně odbytě. Projektant mi ke zrušení schůzky napsal, že je tomu rád, že požadavky byly nekonkrétní. Čekala jsem, že od toho je přidaná hodnota jeho, že umí navrhovat a dolaďovat pokoj, aby dobře vypadal. Tady jsem asi měla přijít s vlastním konkrétním návrhem kusů a rozmístění nábytku. Navíc, když jsem se zběžně ptala na skříň do předsíně, byla jsem odkázána ke konkurenci, protože Hanák prý neumožňujě vlastní návrh vnitřních příček. Moje zkušenost je tedy velmi krátká a silně negativní. Neochotný projektant bez invence dělá ze značky pouhého výrobce sektorového nábytku. Celou komunikaci s projektantem jsem postoupila přímo společnosti. I wanted the design of the living room, including the location of the TV and turntable and the design of the study with occasional overnight stays. I brought a floor plan for the meeting, including drawing of the wiring. The condition was: no construction work, large desk for study, wardrobe for visitors and office supplies such as folders. After more than a week, I received a design where the living wall was in a place where there was no TV entry (exactly on the opposite side to which the designer wanted an extra focus) and a room design that looked like a holobyt. After a long hesitation, I decided not to continue my cooperation with my husband, because the drawing had a lot of sales. The designer wrote to me to cancel the meeting that he was glad that the requirements were unspecified. I expected his added value, that he could design and fine tune the room to look good. Here I should probably come up with my own concrete design of the pieces and the layout of the furniture. Moreover, when I briefly asked about the closet in the hall, I was left to the competition, because Hanak does not allow its own design of interior partitions. So my experience is very short and strongly negative. The reluctant designer without invention makes the brand a mere furniture manufacturer. I passed the entire communication with the designer directly to the company.
A	Anna Polívková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto pobočku jednoduše nedoporučuji. Kuchyň je hezká a kvalitní. Montážní skupina byla úžasná. Avšak návrhář pan Dědek, který všude byl, všechno viděl a zažil, pochybil při plánování mé kuchyně a to nemluvím o tom, jak nesympatický a neochotný byl. Byl přesvědčený o tom, že to co by udělal on, je to nejlepší, avšak se nevyznal ani v piktogramech v katalogu spotřebičů. Na různé velikosti horních skříněk jsme se museli zeptat, jinak bychom o nich nevěděli. Během asi 6 měsíců (od developera nám v té době přišla výzva, že na něco by mohlo být pozdě) jsme se sešli nejméně šestkrát kvůli úplným blbostem, avšak když proběhla změna v ceníku u dodavatelů spotřebičů a pan designér nám sám vyměnil spotřebiče za jiné, než byly původně domluvené, to nám neřekl. Po 6 měsících plánování a vymýšlení nám bylo řečeno, ze barva kuchyně, kterou jsme si vybrali, byla vyřazena z nabídky a nelze zaručit, že by byla v době výroby. Pan designér si při zaměřování nezjistil všechny detaily a vznikl tak problém při tvoření rozvodů. Poté co byl zaměřovat se do části za kuchyňskou linkou přidaly budíky na měření vody, které se za linku neměly šanci vejít a tak teď máme v šuplíku na koše vyříznutou díru, za kterou ještě můžeme být vděční, neboť montážní skupina s tím dělala co bylo možné. I simply do not recommend this branch. The kitchen is nice and high quality. The assembly was amazing. However, the designer Mr. Dědek, who was everywhere, saw and experienced everything, made mistakes in planning my kitchen, and I'm not talking about how unsympathetic and reluctant he was. He was convinced that what he would do was the best, but he didn't even know the pictograms in the appliance catalog. We had to ask about the different sizes of the upper cabinets, otherwise we would not have known about them. In about 6 months (we received a call from the developer at that time that it might be too late for something) we met at least six times due to complete nonsense, but when there was a change in the price list of appliance suppliers and the designer himself replaced the appliances with others, than they were originally agreed, he didn't tell us. After 6 months of planning and inventing, we were told that the color of the kitchen we had chosen was excluded from the offer and there was no guarantee that it would be at the time of production. Mr. Designer did not find out all the details during the survey and thus a problem arose in creating divorces. After focusing on the part behind the kitchen unit, they added alarm clocks to measure the water, which did not have a chance to fit behind the line, so now we have a hole cut in the basket drawer, for which we can still be grateful, because the assembly group did what was possible. .
