Potreboval som vsak spravit dovybavenie kuchyne niektorymi prvkami, ktore mi chybali a i napriek tomu, ze som objednaval len par suflikov, velmi ma prekvapila ochota a kvalita servisu, aku spolocnost HANAK ponuka. p. Vetrovsky z prazskej pobocky ponuka Top poradenstvo a servisny kolegovia odviedli skvelu pracu a ochotne poradili. Navyse pridu, okolie linky nalezito oblozia, aby neposkodili podlahu a potom po ich odchode ani nevnimate, ze sa Vam doma vrtalo a rezalo. Velmi, ale velmi skvely pristup! Su sice drahsi, ale sluzby maju presne take, ake ocakavate. I bought a model apartment from a developer, where I already had a kitchen installed from HANAK. However, I needed to equip the kitchen with some elements that I missed, and despite the fact that I ordered only a few souffliks, I was very surprised by the willingness and quality of service, which HANAK offers. p. Vetrovsky from the Prague branch offer Top advice and service colleagues did a great job and willingly advised. In addition, they will find a sky around the line so as not to damage the floor, and then after they leave, we do not even notice that it has been drilled and cut at your home. Very, very great approach! They are more expensive, but the services are exactly what you expect.

Dlouho jsem se nesetkal s takto milým a prozákaznickým přístupem, kde nic není problém, domluvené slovo platí, ochotně upraví každý detail (celkem jsme koncepci kuchyně změnili minimálně 2x). Ač jsme s ohledem na cenu nakonec zvolili jiného dodavatele, mohu zdejší studio jenom doporučit. I would like to mention the person of Mr. Větrovský, with whom we communicated from the first performance until the final proposal. For a long time I have not encountered such a nice and pro-customer approach, where nothing is a problem, the agreed word is valid, they willingly adjust every detail (in total, we have changed the concept of the kitchen at least twice). Although we finally chose another supplier with regard to the price, I can only recommend the local studio.

Vše v nejlepším pořádku. Rozhodně rád doporučím, takovýto elán a péče se dnes moc nevidí! Very helpful and professional approach. Most of them had problems with their kitchen suppliers like huge delays, wrong measurements or missing parts. I was very pessimistic and thankfully I saw Hanak store in Prague 3. That period Hanak store had 15 reviews, all 5 stars. So we decided to visited that specific store. We met Mr. Petr Vetrovsky who listened to our requirements and prepared the draft of the kitchen. Petr paid attention to every detail and the final draft was great. We booked the kitchen and waited for delivery and assemble. Both were on time as Petr committed to be. Assembly of the kitchen was completed within two days. Two technicians have completed the kitchen working very carefully and delivering a very clean result. Petr came himself to inspect the kitchen and make sure that the quality matches Hanak's standards. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen or any other furniture that Hanak can provide, to visit the store in Prague 3 and have a discussion with Petr, prior making his/her final decision. Petr is an excellent English speaker, so foreigners will not have any issue. You may hear that Hanak is more expensive than other companies, but believe me when I say that the support, assurance, after sale service and peace of mind that you will have do not compare with saving a few thousand CZ crowns.
M	Massimo Bernacconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Hanak kitchen in the shop of PRague 6, I paid 800.000 kc and after 2 month may ceramic counter top paid 10:000 euro was broken ...like sand. I called the seller Mr.Thomas and he was so unpolite and never came to see the damage ...I m still waiting after 2 years. Ashamed.
