M	Michaela Brehova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rychla komunikace, ochota (pan Špaček mi velmi pomohl s doladěním detailů a byl trpělivý s mými neustálými změnami názoru), montáž kuchyně jen s malými komplikacemi které se rychle vyřešily. Kuchyně je krásná, kvalitní a fortelná, jsme maximálně spokojeni. Fast communication, willingness (Mr. Špaček helped me a lot with fine-tuning the details and was patient with my constant changes of opinion), assembly of the kitchen with only small complications that were quickly resolved. The kitchen is beautiful, high quality and smart, we are extremely satisfied.

Dle webových stránek sice firma JN interiér vypadá jako slibný dodavatel kuchyní, ale realita je zcela jinde:( Dojeli jsme na schůzku, přinesli detailní zadání a výkresy, probrali vše, co bylo nutné. Do týdne nám p. Hermanová slíbila poslat nabídku. Týden uplynul a nic. Počkal jsem tedy další týden a poslal připomínku. Opět nic. Po dalším týdnu dorazila odpověď s konstatováním, že paní byla mimo a do tří dnů nabídku posílá. Od té doby uplynul více než měsíc (!!!) a nic. Opravdu se všichni mají tak dobře, že se nemusí o zákazníky snažit? Nebo je to "jen" všeobecná absence slušnosti a masově rozšířená neschopnost? NOT recommended! According to the website, JN interior looks like a promising supplier of kitchens, but the reality is completely different :( We arrived at the meeting, brought detailed assignments and drawings, discussed everything that was necessary. and nothing, so I waited another week and sent a reminder again nothing again after another week came a reply stating that the lady was out and within three days sending the offer.And since then more than a month has passed (!!!) and nothing. Does everybody really do so well that they don't have to strive for customers? Or is it "just" the general absence of decency and massive disability?

Wide range of customized products and interior items. All suggestions and matters were thoroughly consulted with a focus on all details. I warmly recommend!

Během návrhu jsme spolupracovali s panem Špačkem, který nám ochotně pomáhal s návrhem. S celkovou realizací jsme velmi spokojeni, oceňujeme ochotu a vstřícnost po celou dobu přípravy až do předání zakázky. Na základě naší zkušenosti můžeme tuto firmu doporučit. Hájkovi Two years ago, we ordered an apartment from Skanska and received a recommendation for JN Interiér, which produced a kitchen unit and a bedroom for us. During the design, we worked with Mr. Špaček, who willingly helped us with the design. We are very satisfied with the overall implementation, we appreciate the willingness and helpfulness throughout the preparation until the handover of the order. Dostali jsme za 4 týdne! naprosto neodpovidajici realitě plán kuchyně (neseděla velikost) a cenově velice drahou nabídku (300 tisíc korun bez spotřebiču) za kuchyň, kterou u jiných známých firem nám napočítali do 200 tisíc korun... Absolutní nezájem o zákazníky, nedoporučuji. We had to call several times and remind us that we were waiting for a price offer (Prague 4 branch). We got it in 4 weeks! completely unresponsive to the reality of the kitchen plan (size did not fit) and a very expensive offer (300 thousand crowns without appliance) for the kitchen, which they counted up to 200 thousand crowns for other well-known companies ... I do not recommend absolute lack of interest in customers.

Vždy se obracíme na paní Formánkovou, která nám vždy vyhoví, vše hezky vysvětlí ( i se skvělými praktickými radami). Je to nyní naše 3 zakaázka u nich a vše probíhá hladce a v pořádku. Otevřená a rychlá komunikace s paní Formánkovou, jasné informace. Vše dodané v termínu (mimo kuchyňských spotřebičů, kde byl problém u dodavatele, kvuli Covidu) KUchyň je jako vždy krásná a hlavně kvalitní. Opravdu doporučujeme a těšíme se na další spolupráci. We were very satisfied with JN interior, repeatedly. We always turn to Mrs. Formánková, who always satisfies us, explains everything nicely (even with great practical advice). It is now our 3 order with them and everything is going smoothly and in order. Open and fast communication with Mrs. Formánková, clear information. Everything delivered on time (except for kitchen appliances, where there was a problem with the supplier, due to Covid) The kitchen is, as always, beautiful and, above all, of high quality. We really recommend and look forward to further cooperation.

I must not recommend this JN Interiér branch. The negotiations were indifferent and nothing came to me even after a month when I asked to create a calculation.
