Probably the best known Dejvická homestead, later a baroque chateau with a landscaped garden was built probably before 1737 and modified after 1742, for the Imperial Council and the holders of the local vineyards Hans Paul Hippmann (1718 - 1757). After joining Great Prague he gave the name to the whol newly emerging residential part of Prague - Hanspaulka. Farm buildings were demolished in the 1920s and the archaeological collections of Antonín Jíra were placed in the chateau. After World War II, the archaeological department of the Prague City Museum was located here. Today the object is inaccessible, in private hands. Together with the garden it is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
