It's dirty, the manager is a joke, they try to go into the room when it's rent (with no permission).
Dont go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one speaks english, there is no lock on the doors, my friend has been robbed while she was asleep, it is so common that maybe the service itself is doing it as they didnt want to help in any way, stay away from it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building without elevator, 4 beds in less than 10 qm, hot water not enough, the pillows and cheets are not comfortable also, no reception disk, so nobody speaks English as well, one of the residents got stolen from his room overnight, room door is not locked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in first night some strangers from the street was drinking beers inside main room beacuse the Doorsów was not locked (its broker and stugf dont say that to guest)
Day after some woman from stuff was trying to get to our room beacuse „she forgot something from there”
Same day My friend was robbed when we take a an nap the day in our room. Menager was really rude and unpolite for us and blame us for situation. She said that we are liears and that is impossible. After she was try to go to our room beacuse „she need something from there” when we said its impossible beacuse our friend is sleeping there she call us bad girls and said that she will kick us out without refound of money. DONT GO THERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine here. I used it by airbnb. I got no towels though. And there is also no place to close you stuff away. So you should hope, that you will have some nice roommates.
The communication was great and the reservation easy flowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door locks do not work, which means that homeless people enter the hostel. "receptionist" is a failure. without asking, she enters the room where she has a storage. To enter it, you need to move the bed, she wanted to do it while I was sleeping on it! on the first day my friend's wallet was stolen, when we reported, we were ridiculed and accused of lying.
Very poor internet. The only plus is a well-equipped kitchen.
Dont go there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People have been robbed in this hostel, there is no lock in door from rooms, service is really bad, they didnt want to help in that situation and They even created more problems!
Besides ,there is no regular hot water,stinks and is dirty everywhere Just awful. Never stay there,even for few hours, Who knows what Can be happen more?
