Sie führen ein Team bestehend aus Vertriebler:in, Einkäufer:in, Entwickler:in, Qualitätsmanager:in, Industrial Engineer, Werksvertretung und Logistiker:in. Sie setzen das Team an den richtigen Stellen ein, geben klare Anweisungen und bieten kreativen Raum für Eigenverantwortung – so entsteht bei uns ein harmonisches Ergebnis, unser Produkt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Větší netáhla jsem neviděl, to je důsledek hodinové mzdy. Vykládky a nakládky nákladních aut jsou zde nejhorší co jsem za posledních 10 let byl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K nevíře že vedení HBPO toleruje takový nemakačenka jako jsou tady, tady to je vždycky o nervy když čekáte 4 hodiny a všichni si sedí zašitý v kanclu s čumí do mobilu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouhá doba čekání na složení a naložení. No a teď udělali výkladová okna. Příklad, v 9.30 hod. nakládám jedu 40 km tam složim a naložím a vracím se zpět do Hbpo,tam přijedu ve 13,00 hod.ale výkladové okno man až v 17⁰⁰ hod. Nevím kdo toto opět vymyslel.
