★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy jsem nezažil tak přívětivý personál a rychlé jednání jako na pobočce ZP MV v Hájích. Bleskurychlá paní a pohotová pán na pobočce byli velmi přívětiví, vyřešili všechny mé problémy s pojišťovnou a ještě předaly spousta cenných rad. Nemohu hodnotit jinak než 5 hvězdičkami, takoví lidé kdyby byli všude, tak by byl styk se státem a státními organizacemi mnohem příjemnější.
Mírnou nevýhodou je, že je pobočka trochu zastrčená a velmi nenápadná, chvíli jsem bloudil, než jsem jí nalezl a nebyl jsem sám, jedna paní s dcerkou také bloudily, když jsem je potkal cestou na metro, avšak servis to vyvážil absolutně.
I have never experienced such friendly staff and fast acting as at the ZP MV in Hájy. The lightning-fast lady and the gentle gentleman at the branch were very welcoming, they solved all my problems with the insurance company and still gave a lot of valuable advice. I can not evaluate other than 5 stars, such people if they were everywhere, would be contact with the state and state organizations much more pleasant.
A slight disadvantage is that the branch is a little tucked in and very inconspicuous, I wandered a while before I found it and I was not alone, one lady and my daughter also wandered when I met them on the subway, but the service balanced it absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní na pobočce je velmi milá, poradila mi ohledně věcí skrz novorozenou dceru. Pobočka má ovšem velkou vadu - není bezbariérová. Jelikož jsem zde byla s kočárkem, vadilo mi ho táhnout do schodů. Na to, že se jedná o ZDRAVOTNÍ pojistovnu, kde si lidé vyrizuji problémy spojene napr. urazem, ci jsou rovnou uz na invalidnim vozicku, budou mit velky problem se sem dostat. Pritom pridelani nejake rampy by to mohlo vyresit
